Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses shown below in the UK and Eire.

Where replacements are required, we will ensure these are despatched without delay, subject to availability.

2. Delivery Time

Our cut off time for a guaranteed same day despatch is 4pm GMT. We will always endeavour to despatch all orders received each day but unfortunately due to the high volumes being received after 4pm we can no longer guarantee these will be processed on the same day. Current postcode exceptions still apply.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Next day delivery service is not guaranteed and some deliveries may fall into the following day.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

3. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions on your confirmation of order.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the address to which the item is shipped.

5. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please take a photo of the damaged item as well as the delivery label (so we can trace the claim through our logistics partner), then contact us immediately at customer.services@timco.co.uk or telephone 01829 261111 and quote the TIMCO Sales Order Number (SON).

6. Direct Delivery Specific Provisions

• £2.50 Direct Delivery Address charge (shown below) is non-refundable (except for TIMCO service failures).

• TIMCO will not be held responsible for loss or damage to items (i) requested by you to be left in a safe place, or (ii) being misdelivered if an incorrect address has been supplied.

• Direct Delivery will only be accepted where address and contact details are supplied by you in full when you place your order.

• Delivery will only be attempted twice before automatically being marked “Return to Sender” (as per DPD terms and conditions https://www.dpd.co.uk/standard_terms_and_conditions.jsp).
