This year, we will be closing for Christmas and New Year on Wednesday 24th December 2025 and reopening on Friday 2nd January 2026.
The business will be accepting orders for despatch prior to the festive season, up until Friday 19th December for IE/NI/Highlands/Islands and Monday 22nd December for Mainland UK.
Customers accepting deliveries on Wednesday 24th December may place orders a business day later than the above times if their order specifies that a December 24th delivery is requested. We will continue to accept orders on our system until midday Wednesday 24th December and then via email or the web during the holidays for a New Year despatch.
Due to the current high demands, you may wish to secure your first delivery of the new year by placing your order before Monday 29th December. This will allow us to prioritise those orders for delivery on Monday 5th January.
