TIMco Named ‘Best Distributor Brand’ At BMJ Awards

TIMco has won the title of ‘Best Distributor Brand’ at this year’s coveted Builders Merchant Journal (BMJ) Awards in London.  The award comes hot on the heels of the company being named as ‘Brand of the Year’ by the National Buying Group (NBG), both awards recognising TIMco’s work in developing its range of products and services as well as the support they offer builders merchants across the country.

This year’s event was held at the prestigious Brewery in Chiswell Street, London, and was hosted by broadcaster Natasha Kalplinsky OBE, with the awards aiming to highlight and celebrate the talent and achievements of merchants, manufacturers and distributors across the industry. 

The national awards are designed to recognise excellence in the given category as well as the support and service offered to customers.  In TIMco’s case, the company was recognised for the work it has undertaken in extending its product ranges by more than 10%, expanding its warehousing by 30,000sqft, growing its network of Regional Business Consultants and providing a range of marketing initiatives to support customer businesses.
